What I like most is making people happy! I do it every day in the events I produce and with the great food I cook for my family, friends and guests. Our house is always open and rhere is always something 'GOOOD' cooking in the pots.... I have three kids and 3 adoreale grandchildren. Even when we were students in a tiny rented appartement our house was always full. Our friends knew that there is always something cooking in my kitchen. I am so lucky that my dear husband (for 40 years and many more to come...) shares with me this love of hosting. He is always there for me, helping with shopping, arranging the table and hosting the guests.. The table setting is very important to me as much as the food taste and quality. My motto is that the eyes are the first to eat...so it is very important that everything looks great as well as tastes great. There is only one way to find out if I am right. You have to try (and taste) by yourself (:

Anat was super nice and friendly, and clearly cares a lot about her classes and making her guests feel good. We all felt welcome and had a good time. The food wasn't all chef-level, but some of it was quite interesting and unique. The class itself was organized well enough despite a few minor issues (time could have been managed a bit better, and we didn't make challah despite the listing stating we would), with the only issue being that the "students'" participation was somewhat limited, with most of the cooking being done by Anat more or less on her own. Still, everyone did learn some new things, even the more experienced Israeli cooks in the group. And for the tourists, it was certainly an experience.

Simply amazing the experience. Anat and her family really have make us felt one of them, and it was a fantastic Shabbat dinner. I strongly recommend this experience to everyone. Lovely people, food and so far away from home we felt like part of a big family. Thanks a lot!
