(EN) First of all I like to live in the green heart of Italy, in our land we don't have the sea but we have a lot of ingredients, like the diamond in the kitchen: truffle. white for special rice, home made pasta, scrambled eggs... black truffle is the perfect combination with our meat from Umbria, if you have time during the season we can discover the truffle together. I love play with my extra virgin olive oil... yes this is my hobby! I have less or more 100 olive trees, and I'm very happy when i cook at home with the ingredients just harvest from my garden. My dream: to cook with grandmother taste with the best ingredients and the new technology.
