About your host, Loly: "I love to eat 'green' and to share my passion. I live in a beautiful city with so many markets and amazing organic produce. It's such a pleasure to cook with all this diversity! In 2012 I created my own plant-based catering company where I cook as a private chef."

It was so wonderful to come to Loly's warm and colorful EatWith, and both my husband and I were amazed at what she cooked for us! From the starter to the dessert, we were totally amazed with what you could make, all delicious vegan. The home made kimchee, the eggplant dip, chickpea pancakes, the squash rich soup with the various seeds, and the tempeh bourguignon was so delicious! The most beautiful and delicious part of the dinner was the vegan cheese cake, with the beautiful green matcha color and the silver on the top! It was like a dream come true...!! We both thank Loly for the wonderful and educational evening. Hope to see Loly, again, when we come back to Paris!

Very good. Beautifully prepared and presented, Loly expertly talked us through Veganism and told us about the diverse Bellevue district, her travels and good nutrition. A welcome contrast with the typical French cuisine that we also love...

It was such a beautiful and inspiring experience at Loly's! The food was delicious and made from scratch. Every dish made us travel to a new place. Loly is a gracious host that shared with us so many great stories. At the end of the evening, we left with our hearts and bellies full. I highly recommend this experience!
