This event is held only on Saturday Evening.
You can learn how to make sushi in a traditional Tokyo home after visiting a local supermarket with hosts Shino and Shigeru. Then dine on your creations and learn all about Japan!

• Learn how to make sushi and how to slice fish, then enjoy an authentic Japanese multi-course meal and dessert
• Guests are welcome to BYOB
• Cooking class and communal dining for 3 to 6 people

About your host, Shino In Tokyo: "Japanese culture lecturer Shino loves to invite people to her traditional house to share how the Japanese live and enjoy their lives. You'll visit a market and local shops, and then she'll teach you how to make sushi and will tell you the secrets of the Japanese way of life."
