This dinner is an ode to traditional Roman food. In a cozy, welcoming home, you'll feast on authentic dishes that have been passed down from the hosts' grandmother. 

Traditional Roman aperitivo, 3 courses and a side dish, made using their grandmother's recipes and secrets. 
Janice and Francesca are sisters with a passion for cooking and social eating. Their grandmother Marcella managed a restaurant in Trastevere for many years and handed down her passion for food.

We are Janice and Francesca, two sisters passionate about cooking and social-eating. Our grandmother Marcella, who has managed a restaurant in Trastevere for many years, has given us a passion for cooking.
We are a big family and our home has always been full of friends and relatives. Our fabulous mother, Angela, taught us the art of welcoming people and making them feel at home. So it's something that comes naturally to us. This is how we move from virtual knowledge to a real friendship, the magic is given by a particular alchemy that makes us seem to know each other forever! Seeing is believing :-)! 
We are in a residence located in northern Rome, the most exclusive area of ​​Rome, not near to the  tourist area. Thus you can see the normal and non-touristic way in which a typical Roman family lives. In our house you will find the sensitivity for reception and social relations, a great love for art and culture. Our friends think of us that we are extraordinarily hospitable...
