Banana leaf rice is a traditional method of serving rice dishes in South Indian cuisine. Due to the migration of South Indians, banana leaf rice can also be found in areas with significant ethnic South Indian diaspora such as Malaysia and Singapore. Typically, white rice is served on a banana leaf with an assortment of curries, vegetables, pickles, papadum and other regional condiments (usually sour, salty or spicy).
Banana leaf meals are eaten by hand. Banana leaf meal etiquette also dictates that, after the meal, the guest must always fold the banana leaf inwards as a sign of gratitude to the host.

Delicious!!! From the pastries we started with to the incredible desert, everything was excellent. Definitely would recommend.
A fantastic party! Neeza was funny and engaging, introducing people and creating a very cool space with awesome music and beautiful decorations. Her food is OUT OF THIS WORLD
Honestly, she has impeccable taste and it’s apparent throughout. The table, the vibe and then the food. Sigh. The food. She should open a restaurant! I say that as an x- New Yorker, x- Londoner and and current LA foodie. Don’t miss a single dish from this beautiful human
My husband and I celebrated our 15th anniversary having a wonderful meal with Neeza. She was a fabulous host and chef. Her food was absolutely decadent and her house was beautiful and charming. We had the best time!
