FARM TO TABLE DINNER - A TRIP THROUGH ITALY

Michaela is here to be your guide around the wonderful local markets of her neighbourhood in Rome. You can expect to try typical Italian street food dishes like suppli, porchetta, copious amounts of cheese and delicious white pizza (a variation of the popular dish without tomato sauce!). No trip to an Italian market would ever be complete without wine, so expect plenty of options from local sellers and take Michela's advice seriously when she tells you which you have to try! Ciao! I'm Michela
I was born in Naples, the most beautiful city in the world, for me of course! My family is huge with many cousins, aunts, and uncles. We love to make love in Naples, ha! As a child, we were always cooking in my house, and we would create authentic Neapolitan meals from handmade fettuccine to ragù and braciole. On Sundays, we were always together and the neighboors would come over and enjoy life with us.

My life in Naples was often by the sea. We took many trips on my family’s boat all around the Mediterranean. Close to Naples is Ventotene Island, where I met my husband. We have two beautiful children, and I often go back to Ventotene, where life is calm and peaceful.

Now my life is in Roma, the second most beautiful city in the world! I have been hosting people comes from all over the worlds for the past 6 years, sharing my culture, authentic italian food, fun and love... LA DOLCE VITA!
I participated in a famous TV show "4 RISTORANTI" by star chef Alessandro Borghese on Sky 1 where i won for
"THE BEST HOME RESTAURANT IN ROME".
Now, I hope to bring this same feeling to everyone, let's enjoy the Italian culture together!
