Welcome to this gastronomic experience in Lisbon, at my house !

Feel at home at an informal and relaxed dinner where you'll be able to taste some ingredients of Portugal, a country known for its gastronomy. 

We started the experience with a welcome drink in my kitchen. For starters, I'll serve Mackerel Fillets in a Vinaigrette Sauce and Alheira Puff Pastry, very typical sausage from Portugal.
Then we start the dinner, while talking about food and wine and of course shared experiences.
To finish something sweet.....creativity of the day.

With the exception of codfish, all the other dishes are the result of my passion for fishing.

I have two passions that I put into practice in my activities, which is the taste for the sea and the gastronomy.
My connection to the sea starts by being a skipper and having boat trips in Lisbon as an activity.
Another passion is loving fishing. 

Portugal has two well-known characteristics—gastronomy and hospitality.

I appreciate Portuguese cuisine with a homemade touch, the general quality of ingredients and wine, the Mediterranean influence, innovation and the search for new experiences and flavors, respect for tradition and values, and the pleasure of sharing.

When we do what we like, everything is easier.
