A word about the experience

Cook a traditional Italian meal in the Tuscan countryside with vegetables picked from the garden, followed by dinner and a live performance of Italian Opera by professional musicians at sunset!

• You'll learn how to prepare a full menu according to old Italian traditions, including different kinds of homemade pasta and dessert, using ingredients that you'll pick from the garden together
• Start the experience with a traditional Italian 'moka' coffee, and then enjoy an aperitif and wine with dinner
• In a beautiful home in the middle of the Tuscan hills
• Communal cooking class and dining for 4 to 15 people (for private events, contact the host)
• The host is a certified sommelier who will explain the characteristics of Prosecco and extra-virgin olive oil

About your host, Lucrezia: "I'm an energetic and enthusiastic swing dancer, saxophonist, and sommelier. I've worked in fine jewelry and in a Cooking & Event school, and now I'm passionately working on my own project about the fusion of music and food in harmony with nature.
