You'll learn how to prepare a full menu according to old Italian traditions, including different kinds of homemade pasta and dessert with ingredients that you'll pick from the garden. 

Once everything is ready, you will take a seat at her dining table and enjoy your creations before watching a live performance of Italian Opera by professional musicians!

I am an energetic and enthusiastic swing dancer, saxophonist, wine sommelier and a positive, smiling person. I love traveling and practice yoga. 

After my experience in the office in fine jewelry and in a Cooking & Event school, I decided to bring all my passions together in my own business, @Opera in The Kitchen, which is a project about the fusion of Opera music and food, in harmony with nature.

It grew out of a childhood filled with memories of moments spent in my family farmhouse and passion for traditional cooking passed on by my mum and by grandmother.
