אני אוהבת מאפים ים תיכוניים, ומרבה לאפות במטבח שלי כאלו,
להזמין מלא חברים, להוציא מזטים קטנים, ולראות איך כולם מתמוגגים.

This workshop is an experience, not just a class. While food flows out of the oven, you'll snack on homemade organic 'mazzetes' (Middle-Eastern tapas) and wine to keep spirits high!

• Learn how to make a variety of sweet and salty Mediterranean baked goods

• Cooking class for 6 to 7 people

About your host, Keren: "There's nothing that I like more than freshly-baked pastries; you could even say that I'm addicted to dough! Sharing basic tools and techniques, I'll make the baking experience more accessible. We'll gather around the table, laugh, taste delicious food and wine, have a lot of fun, and learn to bake!"
