The menu will be defined according to seasonal products! The idea is to offer a menu with a starter, a dish and a dessert which are typically French. This can be in the form of egg cocotes for starters, lentil salad …
For the main-dish, I can offer my chicken schnitzel with special sauce accompanied by mashed potatoes. And for dessert, a salted butter caramel tiramisu, chocolate fondant filled with flowing caramel …
I can adapt to the specificities of guests (gluten intolerance, vegetarian …)
Un dîner aux couleurs françaises
Le menu sera défini selon les produits de saison ! L’idée est de proposer un menu composé d’une entrée, d’un plat et d’un dessert typiquement français. Cela peut être en entrée des œufs cocottes, une salade de lentilles… En plat, je peux proposer des escalopes de poulet avec ma sauce spéciale accompagnée d’une purée maison. Et en dessert, un tiramisu caramel beurre salé, un fondant au chocolat au cœur coulant caramel…
Je peux m’adapter selon les particularités des invités (intolérance gluten, végétarien…)
