I am passionate about food, wine, incredible dining experiences and meeting new people from other parts of the world.  I have cooked professionally many times throughout my life but prefer to cook for friends, family and special guests.  I love dogs and have three beautiful and well behaved furry friends, I am an avid long distance runner, fitness enthusiast, gardener and writer.  I love jazz and Latin music and you will find me in the kitchen with either on while cooking and creating.
