A word about the experience
Join me, for a memorable dinner at the “Xehiti”, the traditional Corfiot portico. It is ornamented with the 18th century carved solid stone vessels and other original paraphernalia of our family’s Olive Press. It overlooks the citrus orchard, olive groves, flower beds and its lavender and rose bushes. Immersed in this beauty of nature, let your taste buds feast on the delicious Corfiot dishes. While sipping your aperitif, stroll in the peaceful gardens, walk under its pergolas and gently climb up to the veranda to be mesmerized by the stunning panoramic view. Take a few minutes to listen to the birds sing; because in Poulades birds don’t chirp, they sing. After all, “Poulades” means: “The place of birds”. If so inclined, feel free to entertain your fellow diners with your favorite melodies on our Baby Grand piano. Who knows ... the birds might just sing along !
