Join hosts Guillaume and Maja - professional head chef and restaurant manager duo - for a modern, seasonal French-inspired tasting menu hosted at GILVIC, an exclusive creative dining space on the Kingsland Road in the heart Hoxton. Guillaume will welcome you with a delicious welcome cocktail on arrival, before serving a 4-course tasting menu based on seasonal, locally-sourced British produce, and expect some little surprises along the way.

Chef Guillaume collaborate with local artists, art galleries and ceramicists and will serve each course on beautiful handcrafted ceramics, which are available to buy on the night. Social dining is not always available (post covid) so you may have a private table.

and Maja, restaurant manager, from London with a Croatian and Swiss background, and 15 years' experience in hospitality,
