Vegalhau à Bras

Vegan version of Cod à Bras which is traditionally made from shreds of salted cod (bacalhau), onions and thinly chopped (matchstick-sized) fried potatoes, all bound with scrambled eggs. It is usually garnished with black olives and sprinkled with fresh parsley. The origin of the recipe is uncertain, but it is said to have originated in Bairro Alto, an old quarter of Lisbon.

Caldeirada da Yuki

Typical fishermen's stew, consisting in this vegan version of a wide variety of seawheat and bell peper in a flavorful whitewine sauce.
Caldeirada is similar to other types of fish stew, such as the French bouillabaisse, Greek kakavia, Spanish zarzuela, and Italian cacciucco.
