My middle name could be Curiosity. I'm a biologist and I've worked for many years in multinational pharmaceutical companies. I become a Sommelier after a three-year course at the International Sommelierie Association before I opened a restaurant in north Italy. After five years there, I moved to Tuscany to enjoy the countryside life and work on a creative project: my own company which plans weddings and private events in Tuscany and all over Italy. 

Apart from cooking, my main interests are gardening, books and travel. I've never left my passion for cooking, for food in general and for wine. I'm primarily interested in vegetarian cooking but, as you know, Italy is a bottomless pit of different types of food and recipes! So, my favourite dish is the next one I cook!
