I consider myself passionate about good food and slow food.

In my rural space in the mountains of the north of Tenerife, surrounded by vineyards, we are specialists in the best recipes of Canarian cuisine such as the famous corn with ribs and potatoes, barbecued meats with stewed potatoes, Canarian mojos, roast pork and grilled local fish or onions.
