The boss, Yokota Tatsuyuki, he opened a school of Sake and taught Sake for a long time. The sake that he has found and selected in fertile areas are refined and tasty. With these Sakes, we eat seasonal and homemade Japanese dishes that many Japanese love to madness! (Once there, we will come again, that's for sure!)

For Sake, we also offer seasonal sake that can only be found in the fertile region : raw sake, sake which is maturing, etc.

I live in Tokyo for 10 years. Through my best friend, I was lucky to meet this not very famous restaurant and the best seasonal and homemade Japanese dishes !! Their dishes are really delicious that I have never met for 30 years. In addition, the boss, Yokota Tatsuyuki, it is he who introduced the Sake for international flights and introduced the Sake worldwide!
