Join Carlotta and Paolo at their beautiful home in the center of Turin to experience the (gluten-free!) flavors of their local cuisine in a friendly atmosphere.
• Multi-course gluten-free dinner featuring local specialties from Turin and Piedmont • One glass of Prosecco for aperitif and Barbera wine (half a bottle per person) for the meal are included • Located in the heart of the city, with a breathtaking view of the sanctuary of the Consolata • Communal dining for 2 to 10 people • Carlotta is a tour guide all over Italy and a local guide in Torino
About your host, CARLOTTA: I've been passionate about food for as long as I can remember. Self-taught, I share the passion of hosting guests and cooking for them with Paolo, my boyfriend. We live in a flat in a historic building in the heart of the city.

Tajarin (thin pasta noodles) with butter, sage and hazelnuts This pasta is typical from Turin and Piedmont and it's pronounced "tayareen"

Hazelnut cake with Moscato Zabaione Naturally gluten free cake made with local hazelnuts, served with a hot cream with eggs, sugar and Moscato sweet wine
coffee
Coffee with Gianduiotto Italian espresso served with a traditional gianduiotto on the side, made with hazelnut chocolate
Wine
Prosecco and local red wine from Piedmont Area 1 glass of Prosecco to start our aperitif and a Barbera for the meal (1 bottle every 2 guests)
