Don’t hesitate - this is a great evening and great experience. Carlotta is a wonderful host with great knowledge and passion for both food and her city of Turin. The market tour and cooking were both informative and fun, the dinner outstanding. Enjoy!

We had a spectacular evening with Carlotta and Paulo. They were fantastic hosts and the conversation flowed easily. Her knowledge of Italian cooking and the ingredients only added to our enjoyment. The meal could not have been better. It was one of the best risottos we have ever had, complemented by perfect wine, cheese, salumi, and desert. When we return to Torino Carlotta's dinner will be first on our list.
