Come in our loft restaurant to taste dishes of high quality, with our special touch. We like to make traditional dishes with fusion of innovative flavors to create fresh & seasonal delights from the sea and the land, washed down with good wines and in good company.

Artichoke hearts sautéed with ibérico ham

Tender artichoke hearts, sauteed with wild garlic and cut serrano ham.

Scrambled eggs of young garlic and prawns

Scrambled eggs of happy hens with prawns from Huelva and tender garlics from the garden

first course

Cucumber vichyssoise with crunchy ham

Pepinisuash (cucumber vichyssoise) cold and refreshing slightly spiced with crunchy ham flags.

Second courses

Salmon loin risotto

Salmon loin risotto cooked in paella, with much love and Spanish flavor

Entrecot with mashed potato feira

Selected beef entrecote with fresh potato puree seasoned with paprika from the Vera

Dessert

Ice cream covered with cocolate with fried banana bathed in homemade yogurt

Delicious Canarian banana covered in homemade yogurt and ice cream bathed in dark chocolate and a spicy touch

Realmente disfrutamos nuestra experiencia con Bea y Dani. Ambiente relajado, los anfitriones acogedor y generoso . Y sobre todo una gran oportunidad para aprender sobre la cultura culinaria española. La degustación de productos típicos del país llenó todas nuestras expectativas.

We had a great night at Danial and Bea’s with 2 othh lovely travellers Jan and GB from Norway. The food and wine was great. We endded up doing a bit of Flamenco which fun. Didn’t t get home until. After 1 pm.

What an evening! This was a first for me but would definitely do it again. Daniel and his wife are great chefs and entertainers and the food was the best I've had in Madrid - and lot's of it. Add an awesome place to that. Highly recommended!
