What to expect

I was nearly an hour late for the dining event due to road closures across the city. My hosts, Xenia and George, (her parents) were as lovely and gracious as can be. The food was amazing - reflecting some traditional Hungarian dishes that were out of this world. Lovely company and conversation I would most definitely recommend this dining experience.
We took part in the cookery class followed by eating the lunch we made. It was all delicious pea soup, mushroom paprishka with hand made dumplings and the star of the show cheese and cherry strudel. Zita was welcoming, enthusiastic and fun. Just go for the experience. You won’t regret it.
The food was absolutely delicious, I wish I had a second stomach! Zita was lively and lovely company. I can highly recommend!
We had a great meal with Borganika and her family. She was able to accommodate our trip plans even though it was a public holiday. The food was delicious and made with love. Every recipe had a colorful story. The lake fish was caught by her uncle just a few days ago. The soup was a family recipe called matchmaker soup. The rose wine was organic and local. We enjoyed the stories of life in Budapest. We can't wait to come back to dine with her again.
