Visiting the Portland area to go skiing, my family wanted a true 'fair to table' foodie experience and I'm happy to say, Pam really delivered! Everything on her farmhouse table was either raised by Pam or brought in a member of her family, including an amazing Elk main course! From the local cheeses, to the bread and biscuits (as good as any we've ever had), to her award winning blueberry pie, it was all delicious. We'll be back!

What a magical evening! Everything we enjoyed was lovingly prepared and most was sourced from Pamela’s homestead. I loved the recipes she has been preparing for her family for years the most. We had local cheeses, fresh fruits, roasted chicken and vegetables. My favourite dishes were those she has prepared for her family for years and her homemade sourdough bread, which she sells at the farmer’s market. I could eat it every day! We were blessed with great conversation throughout the meal and it was fun to watch the farm animals eat and play while we ate. We were treated to live music after dinner, as one of the guests was a renowned violinist! It was an amazing experience, a great example of Oregon’s bounty and provided all of the comforts of a lovingly home cooked meal. I can’t recommend it enough!

What a perfect representation of the best of living farm to table. Of course we didn't have to do any of the grunt work but we got to delight in the rewards. The food was delicious, the company delightful, and the setting idyllic. You could tell that each ingredient had a thoughtful place on the table and there was a sprinkling of love in every bite. Pam emphasized that we were experiencing how she cooks for her family all the time and we had the extra special treat of having one of her kids around to tell some stories from growing up on the farm. This is a true Pacific Northwest experience for sure.

Great meal in a beautiful location! Pam served us a multi course meal from farm raised ingredients, on a beautiful patio at sunset. All of the flavors were excellent, and presentation was lovely. We spent time between courses picking fruit and vegetables in the garden. Highly recommend this experience to anyone’s wanting farm to table dining.
