We are both original from South America (Colombia and Uruguay) and we have had the opportunity to travel around the world and getting familiar with the different kinds of cuisine. We worked together for 4 years in one of the five stars hotel in Miami. We are art fanatics and discovered that connection between art and food is not only about presentation but the process as well. We are focused in quality but most importantly in sharing the moment with each one of you!!!!!!

Pasamos una noche maravillosa. El menú estaba DELICIOSO! Angela y Mario super atentos en todo momento. Sin duda repetiremos! Una experiencia súper recomendable.

Mi experiencia con Concepto Gourmet fue perfecta,el ambiente, la calidez y la comida porsupuesto fueron espectaculares, Los chefs Angela y Mario son personas muy especiales y sus platos son deliciosos. Sin pensarlo 2 veces repetiria la experiencia.
