My grandma always taught me that you cannot learn to make a strudel dough just by reading a recipe. You have to watch and feel the whole process to get the little hints that are just so crucial. “They need the warmth of your hands” I hear her saying.
Already having this event in my mind for a long time I am finally happy to offer this class to your full enjoyment! Try it yourself, have fun and enjoy your delicious homemade bites afterwards. We well make the dough from scratch, fill it together and take the freshly baked strudels out of the oven - mmmhh... that smell!!
