Vegan Pasta Workshop - best of Rome & Tuscany
A word about the experience
Many people believe that all pasta is made with eggs - but actually, there are many regions that today still use the traditional eggless method. Good news!
Unfortunately, nearly all past making classes use the egg method so we look forward to sharing our knowledge with those wanting a plant-based experience.
In this workshop, we will teach you two classic pasta dishes.
For the Roman dish, we show you how to use pasta rolling and cutting attachments on a Kitchen Aid and how to dry out your extra homemade pasta for storage.
For the Tuscan dish, we show you how to hand roll this rustic shape that many people outside Italy are unaware of.
And of course, you will learn these two pasta sauces, one of which is naturally vegan and the other uses both of which we serve at our full meal events.
We’ll also have classic Roman vegetable side dishes as we toast our oh-so-hard work!
We can cook & chat together over wine and nibbles and then sit down to eat overlooking the Colosseum.
