This fall menu was inspired by the delicious fruits and vegetables that were at my local farmer's market. I am hosting this dinner with my boyfriend, in our cozy Brooklyn apartment. I try to keep my dishes simple and elegant. If you have fresh ingredients, you don't need to do much to make them shine! The pork is cooked with an apple sauce and the dessert uses pears from New York state. Please join us for a real elevated farm to table experience, with a great atmosphere, music and laughs.

I also love traveling and recently went to Barcelona. That was my favorite food destination so far but I’ll be going to Japan soon so that might change!
