If you live in the Puget Sound area or if you are visiting Seattle, well...you should definitely have dinner at Rossella's place. There is love and passion for food, especially Venetian cuisine in everything she prepares. The fresh bigoli pasta she made was super yummy and unique, the cicchetti appetizers were fantastic and her family' recipe Tiramisu'...wow!!The best Tiramisu' I ever had. Her house is beautiful, super clean and tidy. I doubt you can enjoy such an amazing Italian meal like Rossella's dinner in any restaurant. Plus, everything she made was from scratch and 100% authentic!!

What a wonderful dinner! I can't speak highly enough of Rossella's talent as a chef and her passion for creating the most incredible culinary and socializing experience for her guests! Since the very first minute, Rossella made us feel like in a Venetian kitchen. She was an incredible, warm, knowledgeable, and super organized host! THE PERFECT CICERONE OF THE ITALIAN CUISINE AND LIFESTYLE! Friendly and passionate, Rossella walked us through the cultural origins of all the amazing recipes she prepared. We learned about the heavenly Venetian cicchetti, the fresh homemade bigoli pasta made following the ancient recipe of the Veneto region, the superb Tiramisu' and...WOW! The food was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! By far, the best dinner of my life!
