I love good food and want you to taste the best of Alsace. Therefore, i'm using only local product and most of it are organic.

Gravlax of truite d'Alsace with spiced choucroute confit and dampfnüdle Trout marinated with Alsatian wine and herbs. Accompagnied with steamed bread and a confit of choucroute and onion.
Traditional Fleischnaka with roasted vegetables Meat and noodle dishes in the shape of a snail. It's typical from the south of Alsace and it's prepared with a bouillon. (I can make vegetarian version on demand)
Alsatian fromage blanc, bredele and caramelised fruits Fromage blanc with cinamonn, badiane and others spices typical from the christmas celebration in Alsace. It comes with biscuit and regional fruits.
