A unique experience to learn how to make traditional desserts like sponge cakes, pies, creams and plum cakes, and at the same time innovative, like vegan ones, without eggs, milk and butter, but with new ingredients such as vegetable milks and water faba! The cooking class takes place in a quiet and relaxed environment, with some chat to encourage the establishment of new friendships. The preparations end with appropriate tastings of the prepared desserts. The personality and the encouragement of the hosts will make sure that your day, besides being pleasant and fun, becomes an essential part of your culinary life. Each event lasts about 4 hours and you can also have the recipe sheets.
Un’ esperienza unica per imparare a fare dolci tradizionali come pan di Spagna, crostate, creme e plumcake, e allo stesso tempo innovativi, come quelli vegan, senza uova, latte e burro, ma con ingredienti nuovi come i latti vegetali e l’acqua faba! La cooking classe si svolge in un ambiente tranquillo e rilassato, con qualche chiacchiera per favorire l’instaurarsi di nuove amicizie. Le preparazioni terminano con opportune degustazioni dei dolci preparati. La personalità e gli incoraggiamenti degli host faranno si che la vostra giornata, oltre ad essere piacevole e divertente, divenga parte imprescindibile del vostro vissuto culinario.
