Hello everyone!

I'm a Canadian who got lost traveling around the world for over 10 years. After chasing our lifelong dream of creating a healthy environment in the country, we found our dream home where we plan on growing our own food and raising our own animals. We found our way to San Martin de Montalban (about a 30 min drive outside of Toledo). We love the culture, people, and more importantly the food. 

During my travels, food was always an important part of the trip and, having spent my childhood growing up in restaurant kitchens, it rubbed off on me. I have grown into an amazing individual who will make your taste buds go for a wild ride. 

I spent over 4 years in Thailand and learnt how to make traditional Thai food. I would love to have you and your friends over for "A Taste of Thai". It will be an authentic Thai experience.
