A word about the experience
RANDE is a Mexican pop up restaurant exploring life beyond tacos and winding up somewhere between the traditional and inventive side of the cuisine. We’re talking labour intensive moles served with melt in your mouth pork tenderloin and perfectly puffed, inflatadas stuffed with homemade foams that will bring a tear to your eye.
A private dining experience with RANDE is a very special thing indeed.
Events for up to 21 people will be held at RANDE HQ in the heart of Dalston.
Dine with your friends on a banquet style table in our loft style mews house. All the fun of a private dinner party with a professionally catered 4 course menu. Bring your own booze.

Elote Corn
Roasted Corn with homemade aioli, herbs and freshly made cheese
Mango Salad
spicy mango laced with citrus, chilli powder, freshly made cheese, toasted coconut and fresh herbs
Bocoles
Pan fried masa corn cakes made with fresh cheese, coriander and topped with pico de gallo salsa
SECOND COURSE (CHOOSE 1)
Rare Beef Infladitas
a perfectly puffed and extremely delicate tortilla filled with sliced filet steak, homemade caper, chive aioli, and a mysteriously delicious micro coriander salad
Tuna Tartare Tacos
Tuna tartare laced with spicy asian flavours served with guacamole and micro coriander on a freshly made tostada taco
Halloumi al Pastor Infladita
Spicy, marinated and flambeed halloumi served in a perfectly puffed infladita with a delicious pineapple salsa
Main Course (choose 1)
Hake with Green Mole
Sous vide Hake cooked to perfection with a complex pumpkin seed, herb, chilli mole, potato croquette and seasonal greens
Pork with Almond Mole
a complex, spicy/sweet, very traditional Mexican sauce served with slow cooked, sous vide pork tenderloin accented with garlic thyme.
Seasonal Vegetables with Green Mole
Roasted Seasonal Vegetables with a complex pumpkin seed, herb, chilli mole and a crispy potato croquette
Wild Duck with Mole Colaradito
lightly smoked duck served with a complex, dark, chiles and chocolate flavoured mole, girolles, pennywort and crispy caribou moss
Chiles en Nogada
Poblano chiles stuffed with picadillo and fried in a light batter, covered in a creamy walnut sauce with a pomegranate and coriander garnish

Flan de mi Padre
A flan that is somehow melt-in-your-mouth delicate and rich at once made using a RANDE family recipe
Lemon Foam with Creme Anglaise
A refreshing lemon foam served with this contrasting, sumptuous vanilla sauce
Chocolate and Ganache Tacos
Freshly made cacao tacos, with a coconut cream ganache, vanilla cream, Malden salt flakes, chilli powder, and caramel shards
