A word about the experience
WINTER SPECIAL MISO MAKING WORKSHOP
Miso is a Japanese fermented superfood paste made from soybeans, sea salt and koji. It has many health benefits containing essential healthy bacteria and with its high dietary fibre, it can improve the digestive system.
In this miso workshop, you will learn how to make artisanal miso step-by-step from scratch, as well as learn how to make traditional Japanese miso recipes. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on to make your own miso.
Students will also take half kilo of miso home for it to rest and ferment and after six months the handmade miso will be fully matured and ready. There will be a Japanese vegan lunch to follow.
