Cookery course to learn how to make egg pasta, tortelli and ravioli with two different seasonings and typical Tuscan almond biscuits called "cantucci". We will use eggs, flour, semolina, butter, tomato sauce,sausage, oil, parmesan, potatoes, ricotta and spinach, garlic, flour for cakes, sugar and almonds. The experience will be at my home, in a large glazed room on the garden.
Antonella and her husband were excellent hosts! The homemade pasta was incredible and we very much enjoyed eating vegetables and herbs from Antonella's garden. The atmosphere was relaxed and great conversation was had with Antonella and her husband. Their dog, Lago, was also very sweet. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. Go to Antonella's with an empty stomach! Each of our 4 courses were amazing and we didn't want to leave any of it on the plate. Thank you Antonella and Stefano!
