Michelin-trained Chef Aidan Brooks, creator of Eleven98 welcomes you to a Private Dining event at his Chef's Table, where your private group can experience an innovative and sustainable seven course fine dining tasting menu served in the gorgeous dining room at Eleven98's secret Hackney location.

Eleven98's social dining at The Chef's Table begins with a quirky cocktail on arrival, allowing folks time to gather and mingle. Then everyone will take a pew, sit back and delve into a sequence of nine carefully curated tasting courses, based entirely on Hackney-sourced produce. Everything on Eleven98's menus comes from Hackney, the borough in which chef Aidan Brooks was born and bred. All of the fruit and veg on his menus has to have been cultivated or foraged in the borough, and everything else has to be Hackney-produced or sourced.

Aidan's interactive style of service means he's on hand to offer insightful details behind each dish as it's presented, explaining where things were grown or where they came from. This makes the whole experience way more than just a meal.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: We are able to cater to a wide variety of dietary requirements - simply let us know when booking and then leave the rest to us!

From the former Head Chef of Vanilla Black comes Eleven98: a Hackney-based social dining experience enjoyed at The Chef's Table in Stoke Newington, Hackney. We always kick off proceedings with a quirky welcome cocktail made with Haggerston-produced spirits from the 58&Co Distillery, and we offer a 9 course gastronomic tasting menu. The truly unique concept of Eleven98 is that we source all of our produce from within the borough of Hackney! This means that all fruits, vegetables and herbs used across the menu will have been literally cultivated or foraged within a mile or two of where you'll be eating it! Lots of the produce is grown in Aidan's own veg garden, and his passion for sustainability and permaculture principles is visible throughout every aspect of the Eleven98 experience.
