On the 2nd of February 2019 it will take place the first Exclusive Dinner with Chef Ruben. This is an experience organized periodically; more dates will be soon established and announced. For now, the one's interested, can directly select the date 2nd of February 2019.
I will cook gourmet dishes with fresh ingredients that represent my personality. My guests will be received in a luxurious house on Via della Botticella 21 in the heart of Trastevere in Rome, where they will be able to admire the stunning view on the city. The 12 guests will be organized in two tables of six, in this way offering them the possibility to meet different people through the "Social Dining" experience.
