I am an award winning chef, food writer and broadcaster, with a passion for local food and obsessed with cheese.  With my husband (an award winning restaurateur with over 20 years of experience pairing wine, beer, spirit and soft drinks with diverse menus and foods) we live in the Auvergne, possibly the most famous region in France for cheese.  Together, we have trained hundreds of hospitality professionals (as well as a few 'normal' people!) in the art of cheese tasting, pairing, handling and presentation.  We'd love to share our passion and our amazing local cheeses with you!
