Join my vegan vegan portuguese Petiscos Tapas Cooking Class in the heart of Mouraria in my FoodLab. All recipes are from my serie "God save the Bacalhau" with the goal to veganize traditional portuguese food. Learn from a vegan Chef different typical petiscos all plant-based: Rissois do mar, Pasteis de vegalhau, Croquetes fumados, Peixinhos da Horta.
