Smoking ham: Together, we’ll prepare freshly smoked ham and other foods using no chemical or artificial ingredients, coloring, or flavors with charcoal-grill. First the meat is prepped and boiled. 
Japanese lunch: While the meat boils, we’ll enjoy Japanese lunch we provide. Typically Tempra and Onigiri.
Smoking process: Afterwards, we’ll complete the smoking process. You'll be involved every step of the way.

My mother Teruko has been in the food business for over thirty years and has been food smoking for over ten. We’ve found success offering food smoking workshops to local residents, and have decided to expand our offerings to overseas guests.
