I am professional chef with 15 years of experience. I’ve been really lucky to work in very recognised kitchens over here in Barcelona (Alkimia * michelin, Via Veneto* michelin, Coure) and head chef in 5* hotel. I enjoy creating dishes from my experience of living around Europe and travels. The flavour profile I like is pretty strong and tasty and I like to play with texture and aroma. The food you will taste is something you won’t eat every day and every thing is done by me. I base my dinner on good ecological produce treated well in relaxed friendly atmosphere with local wines.
