hi everybody ...i am Giorgos ,a dreamer cook who likes to play with memories and pictures ...all my family are Greeks from Istanbul....so all my life i had differnt culture flavors and combinations with the traditional cooking...when i was kid I loved watching my grandmother cooking with the flavors from Istanbul...my mum too...from a young age  i started slowly slowly to cook .....so i fall in love with cooking...so it was the reason to start working at restaurants when i was very young...now after a lot of years experience and knowledge i took the decision to come and start my new life in this paradise called Crete..is a peace of living and eating here..is the paradise of every chef ...and not only .....you can do whatever u dreamed to and for sure you are not going to see all this island not even in all your life,,,i love going to flea market and buy fresh vegetables and fruits for cooking ..love to wake up early in the morning and meet the fishermans buying fresh fish  ...also about meat is the paradise for people that love goat and lamb...so why you don't come up to  my house ?..to see what is the real Greek hospitality and eat with the local way the traditional Greek and Cretan cuisine....my primary aspiration is to improve with flavor traditional recipes using modern techniques and keep the taste unaltered ...
