first course
We cook a tradicional spanish recipie We select the most tradicional and tasty recipie of Spain. We have special recipies for vegans, vegetarians, religions, allergic people, gluten free, kids or couples. Some examples are cocido madrileño, fabada, traditional spanish lentils, broken eggs with vegetables or pork, spanish omelet, gazpacho, croquetas, stuffed eggs, calamari sandwich or ratatouille with fried eggs.

Yogourt cake We prepare together a special and healthy dessert with homemade yogourt, traditional spanish cookies and season fruits or marmalade.
