Grazia will teach you how to make your dough and how to shape two types of pasta with a rolling pin (Tortelloni filled pasta & Tagliatelle). After the class you will be able to eat your creations along with a homemade dessert and cup of Italian coffee.

Hi, I'm Grazia! Born and raised in Bologna, I grew up loving food, remembering practically every traditional meal I had ever eaten. I could hardly wait till the holidays to make tortellini and lasagne Bolognese, adoring festive family get-togethers.

I've been working as a tourist destinations journalist for 15 years. With the growth of food tourism and after years of writing about gourmet destinations, I decided to entirely dedicate my life to food.

The opportunity to come together with eager pasta lovers in a traditional Bologna kitchen seemed to be the next logical step. I I got my chef's license and now, in addition to writing about food tourism, I teach how to make pasta. I go to the market, get to know my suppliers, choose the seasonal products that have the most flavor and extol their properties. I like beauty in all things and take great care in preparing the table and the dishes. I know what I do and I do it with passion, knowledge, a pinch of irony and a desire to share with cooking enthusiasts like me :)
