I am a foodie guide specialized in food and wine tourism. I promote the Italian Riviera and all that is remarkable and excellent in our territory and in Mediterranean cooking. At the core of my project there is the determination to present Ligurian culture through cooking, and the conservation of local culinary culture. To achieve this, I provide unique and memorable bespoke tours to develop authentic food experiences and motivate all food lovers to taste and savour Ligurian culture through its traditional offerings.
Savouring authentic local foods in historically relevant settings under the guidance of a motivated and knowledgeable guide, food lovers will develop a taste of place and an understanding of the culture. 
Ligurian culture and food are probably two of Italy’s best kept secrets: unusual, attractive, and mysterious.
I am a licensed tourist guide, and I organize also wine tasting at the local wineyards, oil tastings at local oil mill, picnic amids olive trees and in the vineyards.
