I host this Russian cuisine cooking class with my mother inner family like atmosphere.
We will purchase all the ingredients for 2 course meal and start the basic preparation. When the guests arrive we will have a short welcome with introduction to Russian culture and cuisine. Later on we will start to cook meals together. With our dinner we will have traditional appetizers that we will share together. We will enjoy wine, appetizers and a delicious meal together whilst we give you an insight into our recipes!

Hello everyone! My name is Kristina and my mother’s name Ludmila. We are from gorgeous St Petersburg. From a very young age my mum shared with me her passion for food, cooking, traveling and and meeting people from different cultures. We were always cooking our meals together, collecting recipes from old books and my grandmother's note book. One year ago we decided to open a culinary studio where we are able to pass this recipes to other people.
  
We would absolutely love to share our love and passion for food, this experience with you through our cuisine so you can have a better understanding of our country, our food and our traditions.
