I am a professionally trained chef who recently moved home to Amsterdam after many years in France where I created La Serviette Blanche, a multiple award-winning culinary company and Michelin accredited chef's table restaurant in Cannes, French Riviera.

My passion for fresh ingredients, good food, and cooking was instilled by my mother with French roots.
