Only 20 guests per night will enjoy a sensorial dinner related to an original and magical Mexican story. This experience takes place in a beautiful house in a non explored neighborhood of Mexico City.
The six course menu has been carefully deisigned to complement with the scents and the flavors the story you’ll be hearing. You will also visit our smoke kitchen and learn some of our native cooking techniques, while sharing cocktails made of hard to find handcrafted local liqueurs and beverages.

MI VERSIÓN DE MÉXICO - AUTHENTIC XIX CENTURY MEXICAN FOOD
INTRO Red corn "tlacoyo", stuffed with pumpkin seed sauce, "pebere" salad (radish, tomatillo, pineapple, pomegranate, jalapeño) Cocktail - "Tough water" cane juice spirit, hibiscus, raw sugar, lime and ancho pepper.
BEFORE THE TIME TRAVEL XVIII Century sweets: Pear and lemon verbena jelly, almond and mamey seed cookie, grapefruit.
CAP 1 "empanada" from the working miners, filled with convent "picadillo" (beef, pineapple, guajillo pepper, dried fruits and spices), ancho chili soup, orange and peppermint.
