Let your fantastic host, Daniela teach you how to make authentic Roman-style pasta, fried seasonal specialties in the culturally rich Jewish quarter of Rome. Feel like a member of the family as Daniela shares her delicious family recipes with you, including her grandma’s dessert, in a cozy restaurant. With artichokes in the winter and “fritto romano” (zucchini flowers) in the summer, you’re guaranteed to be working with the freshest seasonal ingredients. As a sommelier, Daniela will be pairing your food with the most delicious wines to ensure that you experience the best that Roman cuisine has to offer!
• In the winter class, you’ll learn how to peel and cook artichokes in the Jewish style, one of the highlights of Roman cuisine. • In the summer class, you’ll learn how to prepare zucchini flowers to make the original “fritto romano” • Wine is included • Communal cooking class and dinner for up to 20 people
