Enjoy an experience where satisfying foods meet with sommelier-selected wines in Minneapolis. Witness host William's mother's influence from his welcoming, open door to the Aperol Spritz that greet you.
Rick Nelson, Star Tribune restaurant reviewer, recently asked Chef Dani del Prado of Martina and Colita fame where his favorite place to eat was. He responded, “Chez Bill.”
About your host, William: My friends know my house as 'Chez Bill' and it's synonymous with my personal brand of food, wine, and hospitality. Living and traveling in Europe, having been a sommelier/restaurateur, and most of all, my mother, have all helped create this environment in my home.

Bill was the most perfect host and his food and wine were incredible, and his home and vibe felt right out of Europe! I absolutely recommend the experience, will definitely do this again!
Dinner at Chez Bill was simply amazing. We were greeting with a nice refreshing cocktail and the evening only got better from there. The food and wine pairing was amazing and the ambience was delightful! Bill was the perfect host and I can’t wait to attend another dinner party at Chez Bill! 10/10 would recommend this experience.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The food was amazing, the wine was wonderful, lots of variation, and the ambience was everything. I would highly recommend it
So much fun! I went solo and met a bunch of great people over a casual and relaxed setting. The food was brought out slowly over the course of several hours. Bill brought out a nice selection of wines and gave us tons of info and recommendations in between courses. It was a great experience!
