A word about the experience
A vegetarian or vegan seasonal Indian inspired menu that changes monthly. I was born in India, raised in Australia and have had the gift of playing in the kitchen with my mum using different spices and flavours since I was born. Cooking is my passion and gift from my family. My style of cooking is a communal style; to cook with pleasure and share with pleasure. When I cook, I use my Indian heritage and Australian upbringing in unique ways. Come and break roti with me in my home, and let each bite take you through the flavours of India, in Australia.
I will be cooking a seasonal menu which will always change depending on the season as I usually cook with Ayurvedic principles of eating and drinking in line with the season. There will be an entree (e.g. aloo chaat or samosa chaat), sharing mains (dhal, vegetable sabji, coconut curry) and dessert (halva or phenia). I also run a tea business so there will be a constant flow of hot or iced teas paired with the menu.
Please get in contact with me before you book to check if this suits your dietary requirements. If there are vegan attendees to the dinner, I cook the whole course as vegan. Thanks, I can't wait to have dinner with you and share my family recipes with you :)
